- What is a credit?
- One credit covers roughly one agent run (a task completed end-to-end, including tool calls). Credit cost scales with the complexity of the run, measured by AI tokens used.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Agent runs are paused until your credits reset at the start of the next billing cycle. You will see a clear notice in the platform before runs stop.
- Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- Is WhatsApp included on the free plan?
- WhatsApp and other live channels require the Pro plan. The free plan supports the built-in app channel so you can test your agent before connecting a channel.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
- Do you offer custom plans?
