How do I request a refund?

Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 7 days of charge if you haven't consumed more than 10% of included credits.

Annual plans follow the same window from the initial purchase or renewal date. Submit a request via the help center chat with your account email.

Credit top-ups and usage overages are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
