How do Calrio credits work?

Credits power agent messages, knowledge base indexing, and channel actions. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance shown in your dashboard header.

Lite, Pro, and Max Pro tiers include different credit pools and rollover rules. Check Settings > Usage for a breakdown by agent and channel.

When credits run out, agents pause until the next cycle or until you purchase a top-up.
